The first Silent Witnesses book brought together Stefano Massimo, the renowned fashion photographer, and a team from the Birzeit Photographic Department led by Rula Halawani, to make a remarkable record - and a beautiful portfolio collection - of the everyday life of Palestinian children. Alongside the photo reportage, the book includes reproductions of a number of beautiful drawings made by the Palestinian children.
